The focus of the CATALYST Program:
Changing Teacher Practice program is transforming classroom practice for improved student learning outcomes through the effective use of ICT. This will have four main focus areas:

• ICT professional learning.
• ICT and school leadership.
• ICT for improved curriculum planning, delivery and assessment.
• ICT to support improved pedagogy.

• Professional learning for Principals, school leaders and teachers.
• Advice on using ePotential ICT Capabilities survey data and the eLearning planning matrix to develop and strengthen school based strategic plans
• Development of an Action Learning Research project
